Stylo Dr.pen A11 avec 20 cartouches

I ordered an A11 pen with 20 cartridges of 12 pins.

They sent me different cartridges from the ones I ordered. After contacting customer service, they refused to send me the cartridges I originally ordered and also refused to give me a partial refund for the cartridges that never arrived.

Instead, they wanted me to pay again for additional products and pay for shipping again, so that it would be “worth it” for them to send me the items they failed to send in the first place - even though I had already paid for them.

So I suggest being careful and thinking twice before ordering. If they make a mistake with your order, you can forget about receiving part of the order you already paid for or getting a refund.
