What should I avoid before microneedling?

Three things, for three days before your treatment:

What can I not do after microneedling?

For the first 24 hours after treatment, avoid:

At 48 hours, if the skin is dry and flaking and no longer sensitive, you may gently exfoliate with a washcloth — not a chemical or harsh physical exfoliant. Most people can return to their normal routine after about 7 days.

What does the skin look like after treatment, and what is the downtime?

Expect redness and mild swelling for 24–48 hours, occasionally up to 72 hours depending on needle length and skin sensitivity. Pinpoint bleeding and mild bruising are also normal immediately after treatment. Over the following days the skin may feel dry and flaky, which usually clears within a week.

Because of this, schedule sessions at least 3–5 days before an event. Downtime is otherwise minimal — most people resume normal activities the same day, provided they follow the aftercare rules (no make-up, sweating or swimming for 24 hours).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your proof of purchase and two photos; the product must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable in both directions (return shipping is paid by the buyer), and sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

After inspection you can choose a refund or an exchange. Refunds go to your original payment method and are arranged within 7 business days; exchanges ship within 1–3 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
